am looking for a strategic investor or industrial company interested in developing a new warehouse facility on my privately owned industrial property located directly on Lomsko Shose in Kostinbrod, just minutes from Sofia.
The property consists of approximately 4,000 sq.m of land, including 800 sq.m of existing warehouse buildings and a large undeveloped area suitable for the construction of an additional 1,000 sq.m (or larger) warehouse.
