Factory for production of hand-made blown glassware. Glass Factory specializes in producing hand-made blowing garden and household glassware.Situated in Northeastern of Bulgaria - in Novi Pazar.The area is well-known with traditions and well-trained specialists in the manufacture of glass products, more than a hundred years, and also nearby are obtained all the necessary raw materials for glassware. As a location – the factory is closed to: - Highway Sofia - Varna - 1 km. - By Kaspichan train station - 3 km. - Varna Airport - 70 km. - The port of Varna - 70 km. The factory situated on an area of 9800 square meters, of which 3100 square meters built .The building was built in 1984 and consist of two floors: First floor - two rooms for glassware production, workshop, storage room of the main materials, space for packing finished products warehouse for storage of finished products, loading platforms, canteens, staff rooms, bathrooms and toilets. Available equipment for the production - turning crushers, 3 tempering ovens 2furnaces -basic furnace - make "ZORG" and other Italian colored glass furnace with a capacity of 0,500 tons / day fully automated and flexible. The main furnace is produced by the German company "ZORG". It is fully automatic, three separate work areas, each with two holes.There is a possibility to install automatic machine / robot press and others / on the one of the holes. Production capacity is 7-9 tons / day, depending on the size of the products / to achieve very good quality / on a continuous 24-hour production process on 3 shifts. Equipment is available for cold cutting, there is a possibility for cutting heat.
