Hotel "Sunarita" is located on a central street in the town of Primorsko, close to the church, the cultural center, the summer cinema, and the municipal building. The area is quiet and peaceful. The South Beach and the North Beach are both located approximately 150–200 meters from the hotel and are easily accessible on foot. All hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The ground floor features a fitness center, a sauna, and a conference hall whose size allows it to be adapted according to different needs. It can be used as a conference room or as a room for quiet games.
The rooftop terrace offers the largest panoramic view in Primorsko and is suitable for sunbathing, cocktails, and dinners in a calm and intimate atmosphere. Access to the rooftop terrace is restricted to hotel guests only.
The building is solid, stable, and stylish. All installations are in good working condition and do not require replacement.
The flooring in the common areas and staircases is durable and aesthetically maintained.
The furniture requires replacement but can remain in use for another 1–2 seasons.
