A registered livestock facility where small ruminants (goats) are raised — 250 head in the main herd. The farm is located approximately 400 meters from the village and is accessible via a stabilized road. The building stock allows for expansion of the capacity up to 800–1000 animals.
Buildings: Three main buildings, two sheds of 840 sq.m. each, and a metal canopy of 740 sq.m.; four auxiliary buildings (staff quarters) of 25 sq.m. each. Also included: a working transformer station (250 kV) connected to the high-voltage grid and owned by the company.

Two regulated plots, each 750 sq.m., located between the farm and the village, with a sewer line nearby. These plots were purchased for installing a mobile dairy facility.
Contractual land use rights on approximately 4,500 decares, of which about 2,000 decares are subsidized. Rent is paid only for the utilized area. There is potential to expand the used land area.
Permanent electric pasture fencing over 950 decares, used for animal grazing. The rest of the land is used for the production of rough forage.
