My name is Krassimir Dyakov. I am a mechanical engineer with extensive experience working with metal-cutting machines. My engineering knowledge, unconventional approach, and skills as a machine operator have contributed to the realization of my idea for an automatic gearbox. I hold a patent for the invention, issued by the Bulgarian Patent Office.
I created this announcement to promote the automatic gearbox I invented, designed specifically for mopeds. The engine and gearbox are integrated into a single unit, resulting in a compact and lightweight construction. For the engine, I used a bicycle engine, and the gearbox components were manufactured using conventional metal-cutting machines. The construction is designed to allow for easy and cost-effective production, especially now with the use of CNC machines. Unlike traditional continuously variable transmissions (CVTs), where a belt system shifts the gears, my design uses gear wheels, which makes the whole system lighter and more compact.
The centrifugal clutch has undergone many improvements to achieve a reliable and compact design. The gearbox itself is the result of extensive experimentation and refinement.
To test the entire engine unit, I mounted it on a moped I personally designed and built.
After testing, it turned out that everything works perfectly.
Another invention of mine is a combined lathe-milling machine, intended for small repair workshops. It allows for the processing of all kinds of parts as both a lathe and a milling machine. Its advantage lies in being much more compact, taking up far less space than two separate machines, and being much more affordable than standard lathe and milling machines. It is ideal for repair and hobby activities. I have built a prototype that I can demonstrate.
My goal is to attract the attention of anyone interested in patents for potential production.
