The hazelnut plantation is seven years old and has entered full industrial fruiting. The expected harvest yield for 2024 is around 10 tons of hazelnuts. The varieties in the orchard are Italian Tonda Gentile Romana, Tonda di Giffoni, and Tonda Francescana.
The plantation is equipped with an underground irrigation system, a well, electricity, adapted living vans, and is located one kilometer from the nearby village and five kilometers from the city, with easy access from the highway.
There is also potential for business development with a nursery for selling hazelnut planting material.
