Dairy Processing Plant (Creamery) for Sale

A dairy processing plant (DPP) is for sale, located in an ecologically clean area of Bulgaria, with the following parameters:

• Location: Village of Bryagovo, Parvomay Municipality, Plovdiv Region

• Property details: A plot of 3,100 sq.m. with two production buildings with a total built-up area of approx. 1,000 sq.m., located within the village's regulation zone (possibility of expansion)

• Production capacity per shift:

  • Yellow cheese: up to 2 tons

  • White brined cheese: up to 1 ton

  • Yogurt: 5 tons

  • Butter: up to 300 kg

  • Curd: up to 500 kg

• Buildings and equipment are new, commissioned in 2007. There is also a new wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of up to 60 tons/day.

• The DPP meets all European standards and is expected to be certified for export to Europe by the end of this year.

• The price of the DPP is excluding taxes and fees (a public auction is possible).
