JYSK opens 300 new jobs in Bozhurishte

JYSK, which is present with 12 stores in Bulgaria, plans to make a new investment. The company's plan is to build a new distribution center that will open 300 new jobs.

The new center will consist of two warehouses. It will be 42.5m high, 55m wide and 166m long. The company has chosen Bozhurishte for the location of its new distribution center. The location is not accidental. It will cut the distance traveled by JYSK International Distribution Trucks with about 100 million kilometers per year.

In this way JYSK will offer much better service to its customers not only in Bulgaria but also in the Western Balkans. The construction of the center will start on May 30th.

JYSK is a Scandinavian company selling various household items. For the moment, there are 12 JYSK stores in Bulgaria, most of which have been opened within a year. The company entered the Bulgarian market in 2005, when the first store of the chain in Plovdiv was opened.

Globally, JYSK employs over 21,000 employees in 48 countries and over 2,400 stores.
