Outsourcing industry in the country is growing at a rapid pace. In Bulgaria there are over 39,000 people working in the outsourcing sector, this year is expected to increase. One of the largest companies ausorsing in our TELUS International Europe plans to open 500 new jobs in Bulgaria, most of them will be in Plovdiv, where the company created a new office for the purpose of expansion of its operations in the city.
This was announced TELUS International Europe today as part of its long-term development plans. By the end of this year the company plans to hire another 400 employees in Romania, its aim is to expand into Europe. Thus, by the end of 2016. Outsourcing company expects to have about 3500 frames on the continent and by the end of 2020. the number of employees in the company to reach 10,000.
