The procedure is directed towards the development and implementation of systems for human resources development in enterprises. Opportunities for flexible employment with a view to reconciling work and private life, and extend the working life of older employees. It is expected that the introduction of innovative methods of work organization, increasing productivity.

 

Projects may include the provision of software for human resources management in the enterprise; optimization of business processes, introduction of flexible forms of employment and other practices for easier reconciliation of work and private life. May include developing a plan for upgrading the qualifications of persons over 54 years; introducing the practice of extending the working life of older employees. Funded introduction of innovative models for the organization of labor in enterprises aimed at increasing productivity and environmental protection. You can apply for the introduction of new practices for securing human resources - planning, selection and recruitment; input / improve measures for staff development regarding the planning of training, career management, planning and implementation of measures for lifelong learning.

 

Other activities that are funded are providing safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees, such as the provision of collective protective equipment, including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or safety of existing facilities, technology processes, plant and equipment related to the improvement of working conditions. This includes the construction of railings and structures; devices to access certain areas for the safety of people who work in them; construction of ventilation and / or air conditioning system and others.
