Description
The farm is situated in an eco-region at 1200m above sea level, only 65 km north of the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia. The administrative and agricultural buildings are situated at 1.2 ha. The total built area is 2,699sq.m. Possessed own land in the region exceeds 15 hectares and 40 more hectares are leased. On this territory cows, sheep, pigs, horses and game are bred at the moment. The farm is the only self-dependent agro-complex in the region with a closed production cycle with a great economical potential. There are 3 fully furnished guest houses built on its territory that have potential for tourism. The farm has all the necessary agricultural licenses and can apply for the European Union Funding Programs.
